Compliance & Integrity
The following statements of compliance apply to AOKESI CLOUD ELECTROC LLC, as well as its subsidiaries and branches that are directly or indirectly controlled by it globally (collectively, "AUFIT" and "we").

I.Statement on Anti-Commercial Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Commercial corruption severely undermines fair competition in the market and has extremely negative impacts on the sustainable development of society, economy, and enterprises. AUFIT insists on honesty and integrity, strictly observes business ethics, follows all relevant laws and regulations of the place of business, and implements a "zero tolerance" policy for any form of corruption.
AUFIT has taken a series of active and effective measures and established a comprehensive management system to prevent commercial corruption. AUFIT requires all employees or individuals and entities acting on behalf of AUFIT to participate in business activities not to offer bribes to public officials or other individuals and entities in any direct or indirect manner in order to seek business interests. If suppliers, agents, consultants, and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners") conduct such acts towards AUFIT's employees for the same purpose, the employees must immediately reject and report to the company. When conducting business with partners, AUFIT ensures that the partners also adhere to AUFIT's anti-corruption policy through contractual terms and corresponding monitoring procedures, and imposes restrictions on their behavior.

II.Statement on Compliance with Anti-Money-Laundering Regulations
AUFIT is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We recognize the importance of compliance and are actively building our anti-money laundering compliance framework. The company is already building key compliance control points and IT support tools that will strengthen our ability to monitor and manage key business processes such as sales, procurement, and funds management.
At the same time, we are stepping up compliance training and awareness-raising for our employees to ensure that they understand the legal requirements for anti-money laundering and their application in their daily work. Through these efforts, we aim to establish an anti-money laundering compliance system that adapts to international standards and gradually integrate this system into the company's global operations.
AUFIT is committed to continuously monitoring and evaluating our anti-money laundering compliance measures to ensure that they are in line with changes in international regulations and developments in the company's business.

III.Statement on Respect for Intellectual Property Rights and Protection of Trade Secrets
AUFIT recognizes that continuous innovation is the core driving force behind the company's development and firmly believes that respecting and protecting intellectual property rights and trade secrets is key to maintaining an innovative environment. We are committed to protecting our own intellectual property and trade secrets, while respecting the corresponding rights of others.
To ensure the effective management of intellectual property and trade secrets, AUFIT has taken the following key measures:
•Development of policies and guidelines: We are actively developing intellectual property and trade secret protection policies that apply across AUFIT, with the aim of clarifying compliance obligations and employee responsibilities.
•Business Process Integration: We are continuing to integrate the management requirements for trade secret protection into key business processes such as R&D, sales, procurement, and human resources.
•Training and Publicity: AUFIT regularly conducts publicity activities and training on intellectual property rights and trade secret protection for all employees to ensure that each employee understands and fulfills his or her responsibilities with respect to the protection of trade secrets.
•Monitoring and Auditing: Through regular inspections and audits, we ensure the effective implementation of policies, systems and processes, and promptly identify and correct any improper handling of trade secrets.AUFIT is committed to continuously optimizing these measures to ensure that our intellectual property and trade secret protection strategies remain in line with international standards and are responsive to the changing business environment. IV.Statement on Fair Competition
Fair competition is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of AUFIT's business.
AUFIT refuses to enter into a monopoly agreement with any individual or organization, will never abuse its dominant market position, and opposes any concentration of operators that has or may have the effect of unreasonably or illegally excluding or restricting competition.
AUFIT undertakes to comply with relevant laws, follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, honesty and trustworthiness, abide by generally accepted business ethics, and refrain from engaging in market competition by way of dumping, infringing on other people's intellectual property rights, false advertisements, collusive tendering, damaging goodwill or other unfair competitive practices when conducting market transactions.

V.Statement on Privacy Protection
AUFIT fully understands the importance of privacy protection and is committed to protecting the personal data of consumers, partners, employees and other related entities in accordance with applicable privacy protection and personal data protection laws and regulations.
AUFIT has taken the following key steps to build and implement a privacy protection system:
•Formulating and actively updating and improving the relevant privacy policy to specify the company's attitude, and requirements concerning privacy protection.
•Continuing to integrate privacy protection management requirements into key business processes such as R&D and human resources.
•Stepping up compliance training and awareness-raising on privacy protection for our employees, especially high-risk employees, to ensure that they are aware of the legal requirements for privacy protection and its application in their daily work.
•Working with third parties on tests, certifications and audits to continuously improve the level of privacy protection.We are committed to continuously optimizing the above measures to meet the requirements of applicable privacy protection laws and regulations and to ensure compliance with industry practices.

VI.Statement on Compliance with Export Control Laws and Regulations
AUX Group is committed to complying with all applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations, including those of China, the United States, the European Union and any other applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations and to fulfilling its export control responsibilities and obligations.We recognize that compliance with these laws and regulations is an important foundation for maintaining corporate integrity, enhancing competitiveness in the international marketplace and supporting continued growth. Through this commitment, AUX Group aims to build a responsible international image that will earn the trust of our customers, suppliers and partners.
AUX Group will strictly prevent any export, re-export and transfer of products, technologies and services that may violate applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations. In order to ensure transparent business practices and legal compliance, we will implement strict screening and monitoring measures to ensure that all transactions comply with applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations.
To this end, AUX Group will conduct ongoing transaction reviews and risk assessments in our business operations to avoid being involved in any activities that could lead to security or legal issues. We will work closely with international trade experts and legal advisors to ensure that our business model and transactions comply with all relevant international and regional regulatory requirements.
In addition, AUX Group will regularly review and update its export control statements and policies in response to changes in the global legal environment and adjustments in our business strategy. Our goal is to comply with international laws while also protecting the company and our stakeholders from unnecessary legal risks.
